Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

Communication for returns is done within two days of receipt.

Some countries apply withholding at the source on the invoice amount, according to their internal legislation. The client pays any withholding at the source to the tax authorities. My company cannot, under any circumstances, participate in the costs related to the legislation of any country. Therefore, the invoice amount will be fully due to my company and will not include any costs related to the legislation of the country where the client is located.

To be accepted, any claim must be notified to my company by a letter sent via registered delivery to its registered office within 7 days of the delivery of goods or the provision of services.

All of our contractual relationships shall be governed exclusively by the law.

Online payment can take up to 30 days for a refund
